Pennsylvania escalation
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board accepts iGaming casino complaints and disputes involving licensed gaming entities. Its form says submitted information is confidential and that alleged criminal violations may be referred to Pennsylvania State Police. Link to the official form is provided below; operator and forum URLs remain non-clickable evidence metadata.
